BSQ - Allegations of Sexual Assault Discontinued

Shrunk indecent images 3 .jpg

Following a long running investigation, a BSQ client represented by Roger Sahota of our private crime department has had all charges of sexual assault dropped.

The decision to discontinue the case followed pre-charge representations drafted by Roger Sahota which included the provision of exculpatory evidence to the police. Having considered the material presented by BSQ a decision was taken by the authorities to take no further action in the matter.

BSQ’s client, a successful businessman, retains his good character.
