BSQ update – Another Indecent Images Case Discontinued

Another success for BSQ partner Roger Sahota and our private crime department in defending an indecent images prosecution.

Roger was instructed to represent a professional client T accused of accessing illegal images sent to him via a Google group. T was initially represented by another firm of solicitors. He had been advised to accept a police caution for his conduct. He contacted BSQ for a second opinion.

Upon reviewing the case and making further detailed representations, BSQ persuaded the police that there was insufficient evidence to justify even a caution. Eventually a decision was reached to discontinue the investigation. T retains his good character.

For further information about BSQ’s niche practice in representing individuals accused of indecent Images Offences see here.
