BSQ partner, Roger Sahota represents Senior Member of Parliament in Police Investigation - Case Discontinued

BSQ Partner Roger Sahota has been instructed to represent a member of Parliament in a police investigation concerning allegations of sexual assault. Following correspondence between Mr Sahota and the specialist police unit investigating the case, the police have confirmed that there will be no prosecution of our client.

 

Mr Sahota is regularly instructed to act for professionals and High Net worth individuals accused of sexual misconduct. He is currently acting in a number of privately funded prosecutions where sexual allegations are contested in the Crown Court. In particular Roger specialises in drafting detailed pre-charge written submissions with the police/CPS to be considered when a charging decision is to be made once the police investigation had been completed.
