BSQ Indecent Images Update – Suspended Sentence for BSQ Client

BSQ partner Roger Sahota has mitigated and obtained a suspended sentence in the Crown Court for a client accused of downloading indecent images.

Following a raid on his home after intelligence received from his internet service provider, police discovered evidence of several hundred illegal images and files on N’s computer. This included Category A material. N, a businessman, enter guilty pleas to several offences of “making” or downloading indecent images.

Represented throughout by BSQ partner Roger Sahota who presented mitigation on his behalf at the Crown Court. S was sentenced to a community order.
