Who we are

• The firm has grown quickly and now occupies large offices across three floors in Kings Cross and in Farringdon. We are ranked in Chambers for both general crime and fraud.

• We have specialists in the areas of complex fraud, extradition, terrorism, serious and organized crime, public protests, drug trafficking, youth crime, money laundering, restraint and confiscation proceedings, and a specialist International Law department.

• We use leading edge case management technology and have a team of secretarial and paralegal support staff available to help all our solicitors. We have dedicated meeting rooms for private consultations and video conferencing and facilities for examining video and audio evidence.

• We have been awarded a specialist quality mark by the Legal Services Commission  and are authorised to provide representation by the Criminal Defence Service. We are also accredited by the Law Society. 

• We have been members of the Specialist Fraud Panel and the Very High Costs Cases Panel and accept referrals to the Criminal Cases Review Commission.

• We operate cutting edge information technologies, and operate 'in the clouds' allowing our staff to remotely access cases management software. Our case management system is also state of the art, and allows for efficient running of our clients' cases, and encourages our team work approach to our clients' cases.

• The lawyers in this practice are affiliated to, and serve on the committees of, the London Criminal Courts Solicitors Association, the Solicitor Advocates Higher Courts Association, Justice and Liberty and The Haldane Society. We participate in the Criminal Justice Information Technology Project (CJIT), and are members of the Criminal Justice Secure Mail service (CJSM).
• We have forged links with Alured Darlington of Hanwell Chambers, who has been a beacon in the area of ensuring drug mules are properly treated in the Criminal Justice System.
