BSQ News – Darknet Investigation Discontinued

After another recent successful pre-charge intervention, an investigation concerning a BSQ client into allegations of downloading illegal material from the darknet has been discontinued.

BSQ partner Roger Sahota represented S, an IT expert. S was accused of accessing illegal material on the dark web. Difficulties often arise in dark web cases as the TOR browser does not retain evidence of a user’s digital footprint.

BSQ expert Roger Sahota is currently engaged in a number of cases defending individuals accused of illegal conduct on the darknet.
