Breaking: BSQ partner Roger Sahota represents Yadi Zhang in £3bn Cryptocurency prosecution

Berkeley Square Solicitors can confirm they have been instructed to represent Ms Yadi Zhang.

 Ms Zhang appeared at Westminster Magistrates Court yesterday represented by Roger Sahota. We can confirm she intends to contest all the charges against her at trial.

 Roger Sahota, the partner at Berkeley Square Solicitors who acts for Ms Zhang, commented:

 “There should be no rush to judgment in this case. Ms Zhang asserts that she is wholly innocent of any fraud or money laundering charges.”

The case was mentioned in the Financial Times today.

Reporting restrictions pursuant to s.52A of the Crime and Disorder Act 1998 apply. Berkeley Square Solicitors will not be commenting further on this matter at this time.
