BSQ partner Roger Sahota has successfully represented a limited company in contesting cash seizure proceedings before the Westminster Magistrates Court.

Cash in excess of £140,000 was seized from our client’s business premises in 2015. Following protracted litigation the monies will be returned to our client plus interest. BSQ will also be submitting a claim for their costs from the City of London Police.

Counsel instructed was Mark Harries of Carmelite Chambers.

This is the third occasion in the last two years in which BSQ partner Roger Sahota has successfully advised clients in cash seizure proceedings and secured the return of significant sums of cash seized.
