BSQ indecent Images Blog - Dark Net Indecent Images Investigation Discontinued

Indecent Images Solicitors

BSQ has secured the discontinuance of a police investigation into the alleged accessing of illegal images via the Kik social media application. BSQ’s client, Y was accused of accessing illegal material using the Kik app on his home computer. Following a lengthy police investigation and a pre charge intervention by BSQ partner Roger Sahota a decision was made to take no further action against Y, who retains his good character.

Roger has a specialist niche in representing professional clients facing indecent images charges and has represented a large number of individuals in cases where images are said to have been circulated and accessed on various chatrooms using the Kik social media application.
