BSQ Client Acquitted in Sexual Allegation

In a privately funded case, BSQ client B, a business professional, has been acquitted of charges before the Snaresbrook Crown Court after a 11 day trial. B was represented by

Roger Sahota, BSQ Partner and head of our private crime department. B retains his good character.  B was represented by Sarah Forshaw KC of 5 Kings Bench Walk.

Roger has a strong track record of delivering successful outcomes for clients charged in sexually related allegations. This result follows a run of similar cases in 2022 where clients instructing BSQ in privately funded cases have been acquitted or cases have been discontinued – see here and here for recent examples.

B retains his good character.
