    R v S and Others i.e. The Afghan Stanstead Airport hijacking of an Ariana Airlines flight from Kabul to London.

    R v Dr G. Allegation of 39 offences of indecent assault against patients over 21 years by Senior Partner of large family practice. Public enquiry initiated by Health Minister John Denham post-conviction leading to review of national procedures relating to complaints made against general practitioners. Leading case on sentencing guidelines for assaults alleged against health professionals.

    R v L Prosecution admin worker charged with conspiracy to pervert course of justice. Allegation that information from prosecution file passed to defendant. Currently subject to appeal.

    R v A Allegation of conspiracy to pervert course of justice and heroin trafficking. Defendant alleged to have links with corrupt police officers said to have passed information from police databases.

    R v M and Others. Complex multi-jurisdictional Money Laundering allegation involving the proceeds of drug trafficking.

    R v D and Others. Multi – defendant Inland Revenue fraud involving Construction Industry rebates.

    R v P. Defendant charged with conspiracy to commit 29 armed robberies. R v H and Others. Allegation of importation of cocaine valued at £10,000,000.

    R v J, R v T and R v D. Allegations of Murder. Co-ordinated defence team of psychiatrists, neuro-psychiatrists, psychologists and neuro-psychologists to consider all available defences.

    R v W. Eminent Asian Businessman accused of indecent assault. han Stanstead Airport hijacking. Represented Deputy Leader of the hijackers. Preparation included extensive research into political situation in Afghanistan, interviewing anti Taliban dissidents and victims of Taliban atrocities, journalists and academic experts on Afghan affairs, liaising with British Foreign Office and Intelligence Services and examining sensitive and confidential British and American security reports. Prepared defence legal submissions post September 11th. Extensive media coverage in the UK and internationally. Recent acquittal of all defendants following appeal. Leading case on defence of duress.
