Mark, who sits as a Deputy District Judge, is one of the firms' consultants, who has a wealth of experience in criminal defence.
Mark is a Solicitor who has worked in criminal defence preparation, police station advice and advocacy for over 30 years.
Previously senior crime partner at Hodge Jones and Allen, consultant solicitor at BSB since 2004.
Experienced in all areas of crime including homicide, terrorism and fraud, with a particular interest in cases with mental health issues.
Deputy District Judge (Magistrates' Court) since 2003 and Higher Courts Advocate since 2006.
