In 2005, she received her Higher Rights of Audience and is now a regular attendee in the Crown Court.
In 2007, she successfully represented a client before the Court of Appeal on an issue of Jury bias.
In addition to representing clients before the Courts, Manjit has in-depth knowledge and experience in defence preparation and acts in all kinds of matters.
Manjit is a member of the London Criminal Courts Solicitors Association and the International Division of the Law Society.
In 2007, she was asked to contribute to a discussion by the College of Law on juries, following the Court of Appeal’s decision to allow a clients appeal against conviction.
Manjit has a keen interest in general crime and business crime, and has a special expertise in Anti-Bribery compliance
