She qualified as a solicitor in 1998 and has specialised in criminal defence work since. Throughout her career, she has represented clients charged with a wide range of criminal offences from shoplifting to murder, and at all stages of proceedings from the police station to trial.
She has been qualified as a court and police station duty solicitor since 1999. Since gaining her Higher Courts Advocacy qualification in 2006 she appears regularly as an advocate both in the Magistrates’ court and Crown Courts. As a result, she has gained a wealth of hands-on experience when representing clients.
She is passionate about providing a quality service both in terms of the care and attention given to clients and in leaving no stone unturned in the preparation of the case for court. Adopting this approach has led to consistently successful outcomes for clients cases accused of complex fraud, large scale drug conspiracy, serious sexual assault, firearms and violent offences and computer crime.
