Dec 2007BSB launches new Business Crime Department website.

June 2007 – BSB successfully defends client at Kingston Crown Court after eight week re-trial on counts of conspiracy to supply heroin, money laundering, perverting the course of justice and aiding and abetting misconduct in a public office.

May 2007 – John Black successfully acts for client at the Court of Appeal

December 2006 – Roger Sahota appointed to the Special Court for Sierra Leone sitting in the Hague, to act for former head of state of Liberia, Charles Taylor, who is accused of international crimes.

November 2006 – Paul acts for defendant accused of soliciting to murder and the first prosecution under the 2006 Terrorism Act of encouraging acts of terrorism.
