The Specialist Fraud Panel

BSB Solicitors are appointed to the specialist fraud panel and are eligible to take on the most complex and demanding cases.

The Legal Services Commission set up its specialist panel of solicitors to:

• control defence costs in very high cost criminal fraud cases
• ensure defendants receive quality representation from firms with relevant expertise.

Only panel members can run very high cost criminal fraud cases. Non members cannot accept such complex fraud cases.
