BSB Instructed in Multi-Million pound SFO prosecution

BSB partner Paul Butcher has been instructed in the defence of a PLC Chairman accused of a multi-million pound multi-jurisdictional fraud.

The case is is prosecuted at the highest levels of the SFO and involves complex matters of corporate as well as criminal law.

Paul is assisted in the preparation of the case by Matt Elkins.
